Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee:
This committee shall review and may modify and/or consolidate proposed amendments to the National Bylaws and Standing Rules, which must be submitted. The committee shall make recommendations to the Board, and Board recommendations to convention delegates, on all timely submitted proposed amendments. The committee and/or National Board of Directors may propose amendments to the bylaws and rules at any time.
